This Cancellation & Refund Policy is part of our Terms & Conditions and applies to all bookings made with KARTUTOURS LLC (“Kartu Tours”, “we”, “us”).

1. Private / individual tours (1–6 travelers)

  • No prepayment is required at the time of booking.
  • The full tour price is paid on the day of the tour (arrival day).
  • Since no prepayment is taken, there is no cancellation fee and no refund is applicable.
  • Please inform us as early as possible if you need to cancel or change your booking, so we can release the vehicle, guide and other services reserved for you.

2. Group tours

  • No payment is required on the day of booking.
  • 30% of the total price is paid 1 month (30 days) before the tour start date.
  • The remaining balance (100% of the total) is paid 2 weeks (14 days) before the tour start date.
  • All payments for group tours are non-refundable. If a group booking is cancelled after a payment has been made, the amount paid will not be refunded.

3. Weather conditions

Our tours operate in all weather conditions. Weather forecasts are known in advance, and vehicles, guides and other services are reserved specifically for your tour date. Therefore, bad weather is not a reason for a refund, and tours are carried out as scheduled.

If a specific route or site becomes unsafe or inaccessible (for example, a closed mountain road), we may change the itinerary or offer an alternative route of similar value, with your safety as our priority.

4. No-show and unused services

No refund is given for no-shows, late arrival at the meeting point, or any part of a tour or service that you choose not to use.

5. Cancellation by Kartu Tours

In the rare case that we must cancel a tour for reasons within our control, we will offer you an alternative date or a full refund of the amount you paid for that service.

6. Force majeure

We are not responsible for cancellations or changes caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, epidemics, government restrictions, border closures, strikes or war. In such cases, we will do our best to offer an alternative date or service.

7. How to cancel

All cancellations and changes must be sent in writing to info@kartutours.ge or via WhatsApp at +995 593 078 585. The date we receive your message is considered the cancellation date.
